The Electric Division of Bowling Green Municipal requests sealed bids on steel poles. Any bid received at the designated location after the required time and date specified for receipt shall be considered late and non-responsive and will not be evaluated for award. Faxed or emailed responses will not be evaluated for award. All bidders are welcome to attend. All bids must be received in sealed envelopes marked STEEL POLES" prior to the date and time listed above.The envelope should bear on the outside the name of the bidder and their address. Bowling Green Municipal Utilities reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids or to accept the bid evaluated to be in the best interest of the utility. All bids shall be evaluated on the following criteria: Initial Cost, Total Owning Cost, Warranty Periods, Delivery and Compliance with Technical Specifications. Consideration will also be given to; Past Record with BGMU, Timelines, Quality of Materials, Financial Stability, and Compliance with Law.
