This project entails constructing a municipal solid waste and recycling transfer station for the City of Racine. Major items of work include site work, utilities, excavation and grading, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, base aggregates, asphalt and concrete paving, Questions regarding the contract will be accepted no later than 4:00pm on Friday, March 17, 2023. Interested bidders must fill out and submit Pre-qualification Form and the Affirmative Action Plan to the City of Racine. These forms must be approved by the City in order to bid on the project. This project consists of building a new municipal solid waste and recycling transfer station for the City of Racine. Major items of work include site development, building, electrical, plumbing, lighting, excavation, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, breaker run, crushed aggregate base course, and asphalt paving.
