Renovation of a transportation facility in Greer, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

Request For Qualifications (RFQ) are desired by the Greenville-Spartanburg Airport District to qualify Contractors for the FedEx Shipping Center Roofing Project currently in design. Send RFQ's referencing Background, Experience, and References related to the following items: Finished Roofing, Reroofing, and Recover Roofing. The FedEx Shipping Center Roofing Project currently in design is a two-ply Modified Bitumen recover roof assembly installed over the existing Built-Up Roof assembly, but future projects could include other facets of roofing techniques and related work, so it is desired for RFQ responses to also reference qualifications related to Low-Sloped Built-Up (BUR), Flexible Sheet Membrane (FSM), High-Sloped Metal Panel, Asphalt and Fiberglass Shingle, as well as and Metal, Bituminous, and FSM flashings. Responses should also discuss experience with roofing projects related to Airport Districts. Interested firms MUST complete the AIA Document A305-1986 provided in the RFQ package, as provided by Shepard & Associates, LLC.
