CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 8/15/2022 1:00 PM Bid security in the form of a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to "Washington Township", must accompany each bid. This is a Prevailing Wage job. The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, age, sex or national origin. The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract. The Washington Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and/or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interest of the Township.
