Request for Quotes for roof repairs to slate and copper roof on Hagan Manor, a four-story hip roofed former school building currently used as elderly housing. Work Description- Inspect copper valley and slate roof area of building on Parking Lot side and Kingman Rd. Side Repair slate and copper valley as needed using asphalt cement, slate shingles and copper sheet metal Clean and remove all debris from site. Quotes should include the cost of a lift rental for 2 days. The Somerville Housing Authority is requesting quotes for Slate and Copper Roofing Repairs at Hagan Manor located at 268 Washington Street, Somerville, Ma. There are two areas that need repairs. Quotes should include Labor, materials and the cost of a lift rental for two days. All labor must be paid the Prevailing Wage rate. Companies must have 5 years experience in Slate and Copper Roofing and must show references of completed projects.
