This is a Construction Management at Risk project under M.G.L. c. 149A. Interested firms must submit a Qualification Statement by the deadline and be prequalified if they are interested in later bidding on this project. DCAMM Certification applies for this process. This Request for Qualifications is the first part of a two-step process for Trade Contractors. First, interested firms must submit the Qualification Statement. Then, at a later date, only prequalified firms will be invited to submit bids for the category of works in which they were prequalified. This Qualification Statement is different from DCAMM Certification. All firms must be qualified for this project, even if they are already DCAMM Certified. The Construction Manager is G.
