Renovation of a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
DP-22-002441 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed BIDS, in duplicate, will be received at the 11700 Katy Freeway, Suite 800, Houston, Texas 77079 for "Conroe Municipal Management District No. 1 Second Stage Odor Control Design." Address bids to Kimley-Horn, Attention Michael Moriarty. BIDS received after the closing time will be returned unopened. Major items of work include installation of carbon odor control unit with pre filter, concrete slab, air venting pipe, drain lines, electrical, and site improvements detailed in the Drawings and Project Manual. Each BID shall be accompanied by a bid security, in an amount not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid. Additional Surety Bonds are required to be provided with each bid according to Article 1, Section 1.3: Surety Bonds Required of the Project Manual. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all BIDS and to waive technical defects in bidding. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating the prices in the BID, the OWNER reserves the right to consider the most advantageous construction thereof or to reject the BID Per owner, all bids were rejected, and this project will re-bid at a later time and date TBD.
