High School Hvac Improvements to Be Completed at the Wyoming Valley West High School Located at 150 Wadham Street, Plymouth, Pa 18651 The work will be completed under three (3) prime contracts: Contract No. 2022-1 HVAC Construction Contract No. 2022-2 General Construction Contract No. 2022-3 Electrical Construction Complimentary online access will be provided through the Architect's FTP site to prime bidders only. Each bid, when submitted, must be accompanied by a Bid Security that shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Total Base Bid, a Non-Collusion Affidavit of Prime Bidder, and a Statement of Bidder's Qualification. The successful Bidder will be required to obtain a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond. Refer to other bidding requirements described in the Instruction to Bidders. Each bid must be submitted on the Bid Form provided. Bidders shall not alter this form in anyway. All Bidders must be registered on the A+E Group's Bidders List. A Bidder must obtain Procurement and Contracting Documents from A+E Group or instruct A+E Group in writing to register the Bidder on the Bidders List.
