Site work for a civil project in Chicago Heights, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The Project in general consists of the removal of existing storm sewer culverts, installation of new precast concrete structures, pipe culverts and box culverts, and all other related appurtenances and accessories necessary to complete the Work. Time is of the essence in completion of the Work. The City of Chicago Heights may collect liquidated damages in the amount of $500 per day should the Contractor fail to complete the authorized work within the time allowed for the Project Schedule.
