Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bartlett, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Bids will be acted upon at such time and place as can be scheduled for Board action. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The proposed improvement is officially known as the 2022 VARIOUS STREETS RESURFACING PROJECT" and the work shall consist of HMA surface removal, HMA pavement patching, HMA binder and surface courses, drainage structure adjustments, sidewalk/ curb & gutter/driveway removal and replacement, pavement marking, and landscape restoration. INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS: Prospective bidders must be IDOT prequalified and all proposals must be accompanied by Bid Bond BLR12230 as provided in the bid packet. The President and Board of Trustees reserve the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all bids.
