Site work for a water / sewer project in Bartlett, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project will be known as the Oneida Basin Improvements. The scope of work includes earth excavation and grading; tree/plant removal, vegetation clearing, tree planting and various plantings; native seeding; and all other collateral work such as restoration. For answers to any questions you may contact the Public Works Department at (630) 837-0811 Monday thru Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. All proposals must be accompanied by a proposal guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond for no less than five percent (5%) of the total bid price. All proposals must be returned to the Village Hall where the bids shall be read aloud on the date as noted above. All bids must be sealed and signed and titled "Oneida Basin Improvements" prior to the date and time as noted above. Offers may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the bid date without the consent of the Board of Trustees. Any Bid submitted unsealed, unsigned or received subsequent to the aforementioned date and time, will be disqualified and returned to the bidder. The President and Board of Trustees reserve the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all bids or parts thereof.
