DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work shall consist of Biosolids disposal by land application. This Contract is a five-year contract, with a renewable term each year, if agreed upon between the Village and the Contractor. Biosolids may be hauled semi-annually, utilizing the existing sludge storage building on site, or by utilizing the conveyor and trailer bays, which must be indicated. All proposals must be accompanied by a proposal guarantee of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price. The proposals must be returned to the Village Hall 228 S. Main St. where the bids shall be read aloud on the date as noted above. The President and Board of Trustees reserve the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all bids.
