Renovation of a residential development in Spring Valley, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
. The Project consists of replacing and/or repairing lentils, replacing damaged bricks, installing new flashing, drip edge and termination bars, installing weep rope, caulking parapet cap, and filling cracks before coating with sealant. This project is funded by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and therefore, all contractors and subcontractors must be in compliance with federal labor requirements including Equal Opportunity Employment, Executive Order 11246 and the Davis Bacon Act. Minority and/or women-owned businesses are encouraged to respond. This project is covered under Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968 and, as such, Contractors are subject to those requirements.
