Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Spring Valley, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and educational facility.
Project Description: The work consists of removal and replacement of existing exterior concrete sidewalks and exterior concrete stairs. Installation of new underground storm sewer system. Installation of 3 free standing aluminum framed translucent canopy structures and associated foundations and additional work as indicated. Contract Type: Single prime lump sum contract. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Base Bid amount proposed, in the form of a certified check or cashier's check made payable to the Owner, or a Bid Bond, must accompany bids. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond in the full amount of the contract.
