The Corinne Methodist Church building, a nationally recognized historical building, is located at the corner of Colorado and South 600 Street in Corinne Utah. Built in 1870, this building is a one-story brick church measuring about 27 feet (8.2 m) by 50 feet (15 m). The Corinne Historical Museum Restoration Project, and Corinne City, is seeking bids to engage an excavating and/or foundation contractor(s) to correct the drainage and foundation issues per our existing scope of work (attached). This work will include the installation of a French Drain, repairing cracks in concrete buttress wall, and repairing masonry foundation within the existing crawl space. Corinne City will NOT be responsible for misdirected bids. Bids shall be considered by Corinne City Council based on cost of procurement, company integrity, compliance with public policy, record of past performance, financial and technical resources, and the best overall value to Corinne City. The Corinne Historical Museum Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waived formalities in the bidding, waive irregularities in any or all bids, and make a bid award deemed to be in the best interest of the Corinne Historical Museum Project.
