HARVEY FIELD REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AIRPORT ENGINEERING SERVICES In accordance with RCW 39.80 and FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E, Harvey Field is requesting qualifications from engineering and consulting firms for the preparation of plans and specifications, and project supervision and coordination for Airport construction projects that are currently under consideration at the Harvey Field, Snohomish County, Snohomish, WA. Projects under consideration during the next five years may include, but are not limited to the following: Public Parking Lot Rehabilitation, Airport Signage-Design & Construction. Main Ramp Rehabilitation (North) Design and Construction. Taxiway A,B, & Taxi lanes Rehabilitation, Storm Drainage Improvements- Design and Construction. Perimeter Security Fencing & Gates-Design and Construction. AWOS-III P/T- Design and Construction.
