Town of Loomis is seeking proposals from qualified professional consulting firms to provide project management services to assist with the delivery of projects in the Town's adopted FY 2022-23 Capital Improvements Program. Work will include the administration of projects through the scoping, design, and construction phases. Needs include: - Program administration of storm drainage related projects. - Program administration of street resurfacing and concrete repair projects. - Maintenance District master planning, needs assessment, and project implementation. One or more consultants may be selected under this request. The term of the contract shall be for one (1) year with up to two (2) additional, one-year renewal periods. The work-effort is anticipated to be completed utilizing a part-time Associate or Senior Engineer level staff person. The Town does not have surplus office space, so the majority of the work will need to occur outside Town Hall, in the consultant's office.
