The Town of Loomis will be replacing play equipment at Sunrise Loomis Park and is offering the existing in-place play structures as salvaged material. Anyone interested in the equipment would be responsible for taking it "AS-IS", with all faults, and that the Town makes no representation or warrantee as to the condition or suitability of the equipment being salvaged. Interested parties would have to sign a waiver with indemnification language holding the Town harmless, would be responsible for all costs associated with the dismantling, removal and off-haul of the equipment, would have to take all of the equipment, not just some of it, including removal and disposal of concrete footings, would need to provide chain-link security fencing around the play equipment during the removal operations, and would have to spread the existing playground mulch level upon completion.
