For Ballpark Maintenance ADDENDA It is the Proposer s responsibility to check the Website elkectronically or by contacting Andy Mogle (amogle@avonpark.city) prior to submitting a proposal to ascertain whether any addenda have been issued, to obtain all such addenda and acknowledge the addenda with the submitted proposal. All questions shall be directed to Andy Mogle in writing and will be accepted as addenda until Friday, August 19, 2022 at 2:00 PM in order to provide sufficient time for City to respond appropriately. The failure of a Proposer to submit acknowledgement of any addendum that affects the proposal price(s) may be considered an irregularity and may be cause for rejection of the proposal. The insurance requirements shall be found in the Proposal Documents.
