City of Princeton, WV Request for Restrooms and Green Area Design/ Build Proposal The City of Princeton, Mercer County, West Virginia, is seeking Design/Build Proposals for a Restroom and Green Area Project located at the corner of Mercer Street and North 8th Street, Princeton, WV 24740. The scope of the work is as follows: Site preparation - Area is approximately 35'x105' Construction of a reinforced/grouted CMU retaining wall on the north and east boundaries of the property, wall to be properly drained and backfilled. Construction of Men's restroom with handicap toilet, urinal, sink and floor drain Construction of Women's restroom with two handicap toilets, sink and floor drain Restroom doors to be galvanized hollow metal frames and doors, hardware to consist of door closers, flat thresholds, door sweeps, hinges, kick plates, weather-stripping and lever locksets/classroom function Restrooms to have partitions, necessary accessories, LED lighting with heat and fan combination The remainder of the property will be graded and paved with a green space geogrid system An electronic kiosk approximately 3'x 5' is to be mounted on the east wall of the existing building There will need to be power outlets for vendors, either pedestal type close to the east retaining wall or within the east retaining wall The City of Princeton reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all submissions.
