Demolition of Structures Mercer County Commission is Accepting Bid Proposals for Demolition of the Following Structures in Princeton, West Virginia: Address Type of Structure Map/parcel 1513 Princeton Avenue House 14/221 1515 Princeton Avenue Garage Apartment 14/221 1. Disconnect and cap all utility lines, including electric, water, gas and sewer. 2. Raze existing structure and remove all construction material 3. debris from site. 4. Remove all loose debris, litter, trash, refuse, overgrowth from lot area. 5. Dispose of all debris and materials in an environmentally safe and acceptable manner, including asbestos testing and abatement. Copy of asbestos report and 10-day notification to be given to dilapidated structures officer prior to demolition. *Contractor must maintain records and proof of disposal of materials by providing weigh receipts and names of disposal sites. 6. Back fill all of disturbed area as may be necessary to restore area and to match to original grade. 7. Rake area smooth, seed with lawn grass and mulch with straw. 8. All work to be done under the jurisdiction of the Dilapidated Structures Officer. 9. Call miss Utility (811) before demolition begins.
