Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Martensville, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a fire / police facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Saskatoon wishes to contract for Site Development of the Saskatoon Fire Department Regional Training Facility - Phase I. The City of Saskatoon is preparing the first phase of the site for partial occupation and use by the COS Fire Department by Nov. 30, 2022. Phase I of the development includes, but is not limited to, shallow utility servicing, site stripping and grading, construction of retention pond and buried storm sewer, potable water servicing, construction of foundations for two buildings, relocation and re-establishment of two existing City owned buildings, large asphalt pad, perimeter site fencing, and access roadway. Question Deadline: 08/10/2022 02:00:59 PM SK Construction on this project shall start upon the Contractor receiving the notice to proceed issued by the city.
