Renovation of a stadium in Gananoque, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The Town is accepting bids from companies that specialize in selling and installing arena score boards. The existing score board is Nevco Model 4560 approximately 24 years old. The Town is looking to install a new score board in the same location as that of the current score board. (See image below of the existing scoreboard, location and dimensions.) The existing score board is approximately 24 ft long by 5 ft high by 8in. deep. There is an existing channel iron walkway with wire mesh protective screen installed in front of the score board. The old score board requires removal and disposal included in the proponents submission. All questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted in writing by email to Robert Kennedy, Superintendent of Parks and Facilities at facilities@gananoque.ca by August 10th, 2022, by 4:30 PM.
