Site work for a mixed-use development in St. Albert, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Work, to successfully upgrade Madison Ave Storm Drainage System, to be undertaken is generally described as: The installation of approximately 210 meters of 300 mm diameter PVC DR35 storm sewer by shored trench, includes all appurtenances and 4 manholes. The installation of approximately 65 meters of 250 mm diameter PVC DR35 catch basin leads by shored trench, includes all appurtenances, 1 catch basin manhole, and 2 catch basins. Site restoration including curbs & gutters, concrete sidewalk, concrete driveway aprons, asphalt road, and landscaped greenspace. Protecting existing concrete curb and gutter, and aprons during construction. Removal and abandonment of existing 250 mm diameter catch basin leads including catch basins. Tree and root protection.
