Site work for a water / sewer project in St. Albert, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work to be undertaken is the Localized Storm Drainage Improvements Program for 2022. The Program looks at correcting any nuisance, hazardous or damaging Surface Drainage conditions (i.e. a grass or landscaped swale) around private or public properties to eliminate local water ponding as per the Drainage Bylaw 14/2015. Annually the City corrects 2-5 sites that have been investigated and prioritized. The general deliverables of this project have been split into several Schedules of Work, generally described as, but not limited to, the following: Schedule A: Olivia Park: Includes all items associated with the Work.
