Demolition, site work, remodeling, renovation and addition to a medical facility in Coquille, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a 24,000-square-foot, two-story above grade medical facility; for the demolition of a 22,000-square-foot medical facility; for the remodel of a medical facility; for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Proposals Due FOR PROPOSALS Coquille Valley Hospital District is requesting proposals for Architectural and Engineering services related to the design and construction of 24,000+/- sqft of additions on our hospital campus and renovation of 6000+/- sqft of interior hospital space. Proposal selection is qualification based and all proposals must meet the requirements detailed in the RFP. Selection will be based on proposer's experience, people, it's process, financial considerations, and strength of reference. Clarifications or questions should be submitted in writing to Michael Spalding, CVH Materials Manager, at michaelspaldinq@cvhosptial.org Clarifications must be received prior to August 10,2022.
