Site work for a civil project in Chesapeake, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Raw Water Facilities Red Top to Lake Gaston Water Treatment Plant Section D (Station 136+59 to Station 210+00) The Work under this Project consists of the furnishing materials and installation of approximately 7,341 linear feet of 36-inch IPS DR17 high density polyethylene (HDPE) raw water main pipe and appurtenances generally parallel to Route 58 between Wilroy Road and Nansemond Parkway. The Work also includes approximately 251 linear feet of bore and jack installation of three 48 steel casings and wetland restoration. This project is Section D of the total water main project. The work shall include all pipe, valves, air release valves, and related appurtenances. Existing sections were installed by others and the extent of the previous work is shown on the drawings. The contractor shall connect the Section D water main to the previously installed Section C and the HDD crossing of the Nansemond River.
