Renovation of a water / sewer project in Christiansburg, Virginia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Intent and Purpose of This Rfp is to Establish a Contract, Through Competitive Negotiation, With a Professional Engineering Firm for All Consulting Services Required for the Design Phase of Major Renovations or Upgrades to the Electrical System at the Waste Water Treatment Facility (Wwtf) for the Town of Christiansburg, Herein After Referred to as the "town". Any and All Consulting Services Required for the Design of Construction-ready Renovations or Upgrades to the Electrical System at the Wwtf Should Be as Generally Recommended in the Preliminary Engineering Report (Per) for the Wastewater Treatment Facility. The due date for the Town to receive technical questions is changed to Monday, August 22, 2022 at 3:00 PM The Town reserves the right to award in part or in whole, to one or more contractors, or to reject any or all proposals, whichever is deemed to be in its best interest. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
