Scope : Qualified vendors for a fixed priced annual contract for various aggregate materials on an as-needed basis for the various departments in the City of Grapevine. The contract will be for an initial one-year period with options to renew for four additional one-year periods. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible/responsive bidder meeting or exceeding specifications in accordance with the provisions of the current Texas Local Government Code Title 8. The intent is to award to one vendor as an annual contract but may be awarded to multiple vendors if deemed in the best interest of the City. The annual contract start date will be sometime after City Council approves the award which will be in September, 2022. All questions regarding the terms, conditions or specifications of this bid must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. on August 12, 2022 via email to the addresses noted below: Lance Wright: lwright@grapevinetexas.gov Priscilla Gonzalez: pgonzalez@grapevinetexas.gov RFB responses are due prior to the RFB closing date and time. Responses received after the above time will not be permitted. RFB submittal results will be presented to the City Council at which time the City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses and to waive any informalities in the RFB responses.
