KRSWRF West Chemical and Electrical Building The City of Henderson's (City) Chemical and Electrical Upgrades Project (Project) consists of a new electrical building and new chemical facility serving the Kurt R. Segler Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) west plant. The Project includes a stand-alone electrical building with new electrical gear to supply power to the west final filters, west backwash basin, and the final pumping station. The Project also includes a proposed west chemical building to house new polymer totes, polymer feed system, and chemical metering pumps for liquid aluminum sulfate (alum). New alum storage tanks will be located in an uncovered containment area adjacent to the proposed west chemical building.
