**As of November 14, 2022, project was awarded to Xtreme Cubes Corporation. but awarded amount is not available.** The City of Henderson, Nevada, is soliciting bids from qualified firms to furnish, deliver and install a new, unused, undamaged temporary housing unit to house fire fighters during multiple station renovations. The facility shall be mobile and easily transported to multiple fire stations over the next three (3) to (4) years. Questions Deadline: 10/19/22 at 3:00 PM The housing unit shall be approximately 1,300 SF and include the following items: a. Six (6) private dorm rooms, approximately 90 SF each, with each containing living space, shower, single use restroom, and small storage cabinet b. Living room space, approximately 180 SF, and able to accommodate (6) recliners c. Kitchen, approximately 180 SF, with two (2) compartment sink, oven, large refrigerator, upper and lower cabinets, and large pantry d. Dining room, approximately 140 SF, to accommodate six (6) to eight (8) people e. Laundry room, approximately 60 SF, with one (1) washer and one (1) dryer, lower cabinets, and counter space for folding clothes B. Finishes shall include standard LVT flooring and painted wall surfaces. C. Prior to arriving at the delivery location, the housing unit should have all of the necessary HVAC (heating and cooling with thermostat), electrical, and plumbing components and only require final connection at the site. Final site connections will be facilitated by the City. D. The successful Bidder is responsible for the production of any and all necessary drawings and specifications required to obtain a permit by the authority having jurisdiction. Any permit fees will be paid for directly by the City. Housing unit must be delivered, installed and inhabitable by March 31, 2023.
