**As of October 25, 2022, this project has been awarded to FW Carson Co in the amount of $358,513.08. Carson City is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for the RACC Downtown Sidewalks Project. The project includes placement of concrete (pedestrian ramps, curb, gutter, and sidewalk), associated improvements, patch paving, striping, and furnishing as shown in the Bid Documents. Carson City has determined that the responsive bidder must possess a minimum of a Class A with appropriate sub-classifications or subcontractors. All Contractor's license shall be in good standing and issued by the Nevada State Contractors Board at the time of the bid. All addenda can be found through the link on Carson Citys website. It is each bidders responsibility to ensure that they have received all addenda prior to submission of their sealed bid. AWARD RECOMMENDATION will be made by the Carson City Purchasing and Contracts Department. You are encouraged to visit the Citys website for that recommendation or contact Carol Akers at CAkers@carson.org for the recommendation. BID AWARD will be made by the Carson City Board of Supervisors and is tentatively scheduled for October 20, 2022. The meeting will be held in the Robert Bob Crowell Board Room of the Carson City Community Center, 851 East William Street, Carson City, Nevada 89701 beginning at 8:30 a.m.
