Site work for a water / sewer project in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Correct Drainage, Desert Rose Adult High School The Work consists of extending the existing 2 elliptic (36" equivalent) pipes approximately 520lf to the low point at the end of the drive aisle. A headwall will be constructed at the entrance of the storm drain extension, near the northwest corner of the existing Academic Center. A 24" storm drain will be connected on the west side of the system, where the flow from the existing storm water ditch will be collected. It will include demolition of existing facilities for regrading purposes and trenching for the proposed storm drain pipe. Refer to Specification Section 011100 SUMMARY OF WORK. Prequalified Bidders shall have a Nevada Contractor's License with the Classification of A-15. Late telephone/visual arrivals may not be eligible to bid as a PrimeContractor. Bidders must provide their most current letter of pre-qualification issued by the Clark County School District and all information listed in Part 5 of Document 00 21 13 - Instructions toBidders. These documents should be emailed in advance of the meeting to Teresa Torix at torixtl@nv.ccsd.net.
