Work shall include pavement and utility rehabilitation, ADA improvements, streetlight LED conversion, and other work on Gilmore Avenue between Simmons Street and Allen Lane in North Las Vegas, Nevada 89032. The Project shall be completed within one hundred eighty (180) consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization. The estimated monetary range of the project is $475,000 to $600,000.
