**As of September 8, 2022, project was awarded to Larry Brown Construction, awarded amount is $194,187.42.** This Contract provides for the improvement of pedestrian safety improvements including ADA compliant curb ramps type parallel, retroreflective plastic crosswalk line, raised cement concrete refuge island, pedestrian crossing signs with high intensity rapid flashing beacons and other work, ail in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The time limit for physical completion of work is a total of 20 WORKING DAYS. The Engineers Estimate Range is $202,977.90 to $224,344.00. Contractor and all subcontractors shall have a contractors license to work in the State of Washington.
