Queens College of the City University of New York seeks sealed bids pursuant to an invitation for bids (IFB) to provide on a time and materials basis all labor for repairs and installations, and parts and materials for the existing heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment ("HVAC equipment"). Queens College maintains a very large portfolio of aging HVAC equipment and its ancillary components. Service requests will require refurbishment and reconditioning of old components of HVAC equipment in an expeditious manner or their replacement in kind with same type new components. Prevailing wages apply. Vendors are required to have access to new HVAC materials and parts and have the capacity to sell or resell such materials and parts. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Total MWBE Participation Goals: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 3%
