TID 9 Business Park Hotel Infrastructure Reedsburg, Wisconsin Sealed Bids for the construction of the following: Project No. 220187 TID 9 Business Park Hotel Infrastructure includes: The construction of Skinner Road to include the extension of water main, sewer, and storm sewer from Golf Course Road easterly approximately 580 LF. The project also includes grading, base course, asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents. Bid Bond equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid payable to the OWNER. All Bids uploaded and submitted through Quest shall also be accompanied with Bid Form 00 41 43.
