The City of Gatlinburg is accepting sealed bids on the purchase of certain Water Treatment Chemicals for the Gatlinburg Water Treatment Plant. Detailed specifications are contained in Technical Specifications of this bid packet. This agreement shall be valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of the award. The City of Gatlinburg reserves the right to extend the agreement for six (6) months additionally if mutually agreeable. The City of Gatlinburg reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any and/or all bids and to accept the bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the City. Vendors must possess any and all of the necessary licenses and insurance necessary for performing this type of project. Prospective bidders are encouraged to provide bids on any or all of the materials listed within this bid.
