Sealed bids are requested by the Town Manager for Crack Seal for various Town departments for requirements for one (1) year ending June 30, 2023. All bids must meet the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Public Works Standard. Each contractor bidding on Crack Seal must submit with its bid a bid deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the amount bid. Attention is called to minimum wage rates to be paid on the work as determined by the Department of Labor Standards under the provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27H inclusive. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
