i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 140R2022Q0123 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07, as of July 2022. (iv) This acquisition is a total small business set aside. The NAICS code is 811310 and the size standard is $8.0 million. (v) The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. Please provide the total price for the firm-fixed price line items. (vi) This requirement for annual fire extinguisher inspections, certification, hydrostatic testing, recharge, replacement and disposal of portable fire extinguishers accordance with the Performance Work Statement. (vii) Period of Performance will be for 5 years, a base year and 4 option years. The quote package will consist of the vendors pricing information, fire extinguisher license/ certification, and capability statement.
