Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 0.00% Bus Maintenance Facility 1 Monitoring Well Abandonment Sacramento Regional Transit District (SacRT) announces that it will seek bids for the work entitled: Bus Maintenance Facility 1 Monitoring Well Abandonment General work description: Abandon nine groundwater monitoring wells located in downtown Sacramento at and in the vicinity of SacRTs Bus Maintenance facility, located at 1325 28th Street, Sacramento, CA 95816. A figure showing the location of the nine wells is attached to this IFB. Five of the wells are located on the SacRT property (MW-1, MW-3, MW-5, MW-6, and MW-11). Four wells are located in the sidewalk and/or in public right-of-way (MW-7, MW-8, MW-9, and MW-10). The well abandonment must be performed in accordance with the Department of Water Resources, Bulletin 74-81, Water Well Standards: State of California and Bulletin 74-90 (Supplement to Bulletin 74-81), and California Well Standards. Contractor must complete the work within 30 days of Notice to Proceed, but no later than January 31, 2023. License Requirements Class C-57 Question Deadline 12/23/2022 at 11:59 PM PT Question Deadline 12/23/2022 at 11:59 PM PT Contractor license classification at the time of award must be Class C-57.
