The City of Palatka hereby requests bids for a qualified contractor(s) to provide Mold Remediation services at the St. John River Center Services will include providing adequate materials, labor, and equipment to perform, mold remediation services at the St. John River Center, as directed by the City Representative. The scope of work shall include all items listed in the provided "remediation protocol" and additional remediation services as requested in the in the provided "additional remediation protocol". The City reserves the right to waive any irregularities submitted, reject any and/or all submittals, re-advertise, accept any submittals deemed to be in the best interest of the City, to enter into agreements with multiple respondents, waive any irregularities submitted, reject any and/or all submittals, re-advertise, and accept any submittals deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
