Renovation of a library in Muskegon Hts, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The Muskegon Area District Library is requesting quotes from qualified HVAC firms for the replacement of four furnaces, two A/C units, and two programmable thermostats at its Administration/Library building. Muskegon Area District Library, ("the Owner") is a tenant at 4845 Airline Road Suite 5, Muskegon MI 49444. Owner is seeking quotes from professional firms to provide the following services: 1. Processing Department - Removal and discard of existing furnace, A/C, and thermostat. Installation of new 96% 100,000 BTU furnace, 4 Ton 13 Seer A/C unit, and a programmable thermostat including all materials and labor. 2. Library - Removal and discard of existing twinned furnaces & A/C units. Installation of two new 96% 120,000 BTU twinned furnaces and two 4 Ton 13 Seer A/C unit including all materials and labor. 3. Mezzanine - Removal and discard of existing furnace and thermostat. Installation of new 96% 120,000 BTU furnace and programmable thermostat including all materials and labor. Furnace is located on a Mezzanine in warehouse 10 ft up. MADL does not have access to any type of lift. Any questions regarding the RFQ should be submitted by email no later than 8/4/22 at 5pm to kwisniewski@madl.org and directed to Kevin Wisniewski. If a question of general concern is asked by any firm with regards to this RFQ, a copy of the written response will be posted on our website on 8/5/22.
