Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the construction of a new bulk sodium hypochlorite storage and injection system for the East Houston St. Pump Station Disinfection System Upgrades Project, SAWS Job No. 21-6002. Construction includes, but is not limited to, the following: Two (2) bulk sodium hypochlorite storage tanks, water softener, dilution system, day tank, chemical metering pumps, eye wash, water quality analyzers, and FRP equipment building installed on a concrete slab foundation with stainless-steel canopy. New manhole and injection quills for injection of sodium hypochlorite into the incoming reclaimed water supply line. New electrical panel, duct banking, fiber optic cable, and PLC for the FRP equipment building. New site security cameras. New piping and connections to existing water and sewer systems to provide potable water and drainage. Installation of new fencing, entrance gate and gate controller. Site grading and area paving. Demolition of existing chlorine injection system and associated electrical and power services.
