The purpose of this ITQ is to request quotes from qualified and experienced vendors to provide the City of North Miami with installation and removal of holiday light displays for various locations throughout the City that will decorate and benefit the local community and its visitors. The City intends to award one or more vendor whose price, experience, and qualifications proves to be the most beneficial. Any questions or clarifications regarding this Invitation to Quote shall be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Department via email at purchasing@northmiamifl.gov by no later than 3:30 PM (EST) on Friday, August 12, 2022. The Contract will commence upon the date established in the City's Notice of Proceed, which will be contingent upon the completion and submittal of all required solicitation documents. The initial term of this Contract will be for one (1) year, with three (3) additional one-year options to renew, under the same terms and conditions, at the sole discretion of the City. The fee structure of the Contract shall remain fixed for the initial first year term and shall be considered for price adjustment during the subsequent renewal terms, subject to the City's approval.
