For the supply and delivery of safety salt on an as and when required basis, to be used on City's streets when icy conditions are present. Question Deadline 08/24/2022 02:00:59 PM SK It is anticipated that the resulting contract will be awarded in September. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year, with an option in favour of the City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional one (1) year period upon the following conditions being met: i. A pricing structure must be mutually agreed upon for the renewal period; ii. Supplier must have provided acceptable goods/services levels as determined solely by the City of Saskatoon; iii. the goods/services are still required; iv. the goods/services are still required to be outsourced; and v. budgetary funds must be available. The City also reserves the right to re-quote this requirement if there are substantive changes to quantities or the scope of work.
