Site work and new construction of a fitness / recreation center in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the construction of a fitness / recreation center.
The City of Saskatoon is seeking a contractor to design and build three structures that will serve as amenity buildings at neighbourhood parks that would include the following features: washrooms, shade structures, storage, warm-up and program spaces and that would have the appropriate utility connections. Park Locations: Funk Park Amenity Building (Evergreen) Wallace Park Amenity Building (Willowgrove) *Alexander MacGillivray Young Park Amenity Building (Stonebridge) *This project may also offer an optional contract add-on at the discretion of the City for the construction of an approximately 120' x 60' community rink at the Alexander MacGillivray Young Park near the amenity building. The entire project is to be completed in 2022 for all site locations; with preference of on-site work to be completed during summer 2022 to avoid conflicts with adjacent schools.
