This Request for Proposals (the "RFQ") is an invitation by Wilfrid Laurier University to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Milton Phase 1- Civil Construction and Earthworks, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). Refer to the Erosion and Sediment Control Report, and drawings (prepared by Stantec Consulting), which involves the application for Site Alteration Permit (SAP- already submitted) but not limited to the following: top soil stripping, preparation of site for Cut and Fill, silt fencing, drainage, entrance route in/out, dust control measures. Note: Laurier has a pre-arranged delivery of approximately 10,000 cu. metres of clean fill available. Beyond this quantity the contractor will be responsible to source certified clean fill, truck to site, and distribute according to the contract documents.
