Pursuant to the authority granted by the City Council of Rotan, Texas, sealed bids will be received for consideration of maintenance and upkeep of the City Cemetery. Contract is to include mowing as needed, with a minimum of once monthly; weed eating around the headstones, curbs, fences, buildings, and trees; pulling or spraying weeds; picking up and removing trash; hauling dirt to fill in graves; and ensuring gravesite and surroundings clean for all interments. The City of Rotan reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any or all formalities.
