The access road intersects Rt. 325 at the following coordinates: 40.548201,-76.577908 The Southeast Region of the Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting bids for road maintenance work on State Game Lands (SGL) 211 located in Dauphin County. The location and specifications information of this project are on the Attachments 1 through 4. Bids must be received by the purchasing agency on the Solicitation Due Date no later than the Solicitation Due Time as set forth in the solicitation. Any conflict between the dates and/or times contained in the solicitation itself or its attachments and this advertisement shall be resolved in favor of the solicitation. Amended Date: 07/29/22. The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC), Southeast Region, requires services to construct approximately 9,997 feet of administrative road and maintain approximately 8,902 feet of administrative road on State Game Lands (SGL) 211 in Dauphin County. Services shall include, but not be limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, tools, equipment, aggregates, cross-pipes, and seed for the road improvement project as per Attachments 1-6. All Purchase Orders require the contractor to provide the equipment, materials, labor, insurance, and all miscellaneous expenses to complete the operation. This project is being bid as one contract.
